3/20/2024 0 Comments Torchlight 2 best 2h class![]() A lot of gems will give you neat bonus stats that aren't too common on items that just drop. You'll also want want some HP recovery per second stats as well as "x" amount of HP/sec for "y" amount of monsters within "z" amount of distance. I also reccomend going for items with sockets, like I said before. ![]() You'll also want to opt for stuff that will increase your Charge rate so that way you get more use out of Charge Reconstitution. Probably a bad decision on my part, but hey, it doesn't really matter with this build, we can take enough damage and dole plenty of it out that additional weapon stats are just to make it a lil' easier.Īrmor: for your armor you'll want some elemental resistances in addition to your physical resistances. ![]() I never really looked for anything in particular other than DPS. All-in-all, weapon stats are really up to the individual player. Stun is another neat stat to look for, as it will keep enemies from attacking for a couple of seconds so you can heal up, pop Forcefield, finish 'em off, etc. Go for plenty of DPS (pretty obvious as well) Also some extra elemental damage is always nice. Weapons: for this build your weapon should be 2H (items that fall in this category noted above) you'll also maybe want a socket or two in it for obvious reasons. This is a little side note containing some useful information when deciding on what Armor and Weapons to use. Stats You Want From Your Armor and Weapons Flame Hammer, which should be your primary (right mouse button) skill, uses a Charge whenever there's one available, so don't worry about having to find a skill that uses Charge. Just make sure you don't do anything before it pops up or else you'll have to wait for it to cooldown to try it again.Īlso for your passive abilities put some points into Bulwark (Construction) and Charge Reconstitution (Aegis)īulwark will increase your Physical armor and also reduce Physical damage taken, and Charge Reconstitution (which I feel is the more important of the two) will heal you every time you use a Charge from your meter. And Forcefield is another "must have up at all times" ability as it sucks up copious amounts of damage for you, and will prevent many deaths, especially during boss fights. Onslaught is akin to the Barbarian's (from Diablo) Leap ability, so it's great for charging into a fight. You need this little guy, he's a real life saver.īy this time the Onslaught (Blitz) and Forcefield (Aegis) abilities should be available to you, make sure you have them. Make sure you're popping Heal Bot everytime you go to a different floor. and Focus here and there just to get the slight benefits from those, Focus is probably more useful considering you'll likely be spamming Flame Hammer as your primary skill which will be a big mana drain. but also try to invest a couple points in Dex. So for levels 11-20 you can be a little more liberal with your skill points, I would still focus on Str. This isn't a cannon build though so I wouldn't recommend using those with this setup, most of the skills we use will be pointless if you have a cannon.
